Tech2Have (ABN 65 538 672 603) ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Information we collect

  • Contact details — name, email address and phone number when you create an account, place an order, or contact us;
  • Order information — products purchased, delivery address and order history;
  • Usage data — pages visited, device and browser information, and similar analytics collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

  • to process and fulfil your orders and provide customer support;
  • to send you account, transactional and (where you have opted in) marketing communications;
  • to operate, maintain, secure and improve our website; and
  • to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Disclosure to third parties

We may share personal information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business — for example shipping carriers, payment processors, email delivery providers, our live chat provider (tawk.to) and analytics services (including Google Analytics). These providers may only use your information to perform services on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information. Some providers may store data overseas.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools — Google Analytics 4 (traffic and conversion measurement) and Microsoft Clarity (anonymised session replay and heatmaps) — to understand how visitors use our site and to improve it. Our live chat feature (see below) also sets cookies. When you first visit we show a cookie notice with an “Opt out” option: choosing it suppresses Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the live chat, and removes their cookies. You can change your choice at any time — including turning the live chat back on — via Cookie preferences (also linked in the footer of every page). You can also control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended if you do.

Live chat

Our website offers a live chat feature provided by tawk.to (tawk.to inc.). When the chat widget loads it may set cookies, and if you use it tawk.to collects information such as your messages, your name and email if you provide them, the pages you visit, your IP address and browser details, so that we can respond to your enquiry. This information is processed and stored by tawk.to on its servers, which may be located overseas. For more detail see the tawk.to Privacy Policy at tawk.to/privacy-policy. You can browse the rest of our site without opening the chat.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Access, correction and complaints

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@tech2have.com.au. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will work to resolve it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
