This policy explains how returns and refunds work at Tech2Have. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, dead-on-arrival, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within a reasonable time of delivery. Where a fault is verified, we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with your ACL rights, and we will cover the cost of return shipping for verified faults.

Change of mind

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind. Where we agree to accept a change-of-mind return at our discretion, all of the following must apply:

  • the item is unused, unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories;
  • the request is made within 14 days of delivery;
  • the item is not a special-order, clearance or custom-configured product;
  • you pay the cost of return shipping; and
  • a restocking fee of 15% of the item price is deducted from your refund.

Manufacturer warranty

Many products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty in addition to your ACL rights. For warranty claims outside the initial return period, we can help direct you to the manufacturer's warranty process.

How to request a return

Email hello@tech2have.com.au with your order number, the item, and a description of the issue (with photos for faulty or damaged goods). We will respond with return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 5 business days of us receiving and assessing the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
