Products, pricing and availability

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to keep product information, pricing and availability accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update prices and availability at any time without notice. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the actual item.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, including where an item is out of stock, where a pricing or description error has occurred, or where we suspect fraud. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we will provide a full refund.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited, at our option, to the resupply of the goods or the cost of resupplying the goods.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state or territory in which we operate, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
