What is UniFi Talk?

UniFi Talk is Ubiquiti's VoIP phone system — plug-and-play Talk handsets that register to a UniFi console, with call routing, voicemail and a managed phone number, all in the UniFi app.

What do I need to get started?

A UniFi gateway/console that supports Talk, one or more Talk phones (PoE), and an internet connection (plus a Talk plan or SIP trunk for outside calls).

Can I keep my existing number?

In most cases yes — numbers can be ported across, subject to your provider and region. Check availability before switching.
